Do you have Children’s Church and Nursery?
Yes. Children’s Church takes place during service and is usually from 11:30 am – 12:10 pm. We are also blessed to have a full-time nursery worker, who is in a paid position at FCCDR.
What are your operating hours?
Normally, we are open from 9 am to 3 pm, Mon, Wed, Thurs, but if you need something from the office or want to meet with Pastor Scott, please call (830) 775-3433 or call/text (830) 765-1979.
When do you take Communion?
We celebrate Communion each Sunday as part of our worship service. Communion is open to all who have accepted Christ as their Personal Savior.
How do I give?
Gifts support the ministry and missions of FCCDR. Gifts may be given in the offering plate or online at firstchristianchurchdelrio.com
How do I become a member of FCCDR?
A member at FCCDR is someone who has personally received Jesus Christ as their Savior and who is functionally and relationally involved in the local body. Membership at FCCDR is not the completion of a process but is characterized by commitment and involvement. Members are expected to support FCCDR by attending regularly in person, participating in worship and instruction, and giving their time, talents, and treasures. Members should take seriously the Great Commission and the admonition of the Lord Jesus Christ to love one another.
